1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information if available.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Detail Supply Depot offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available only for certain locations)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Customers will see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and notifying Detail Supply Depot of any issues with delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Detail Supply Depot currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Certain items may be restricted for shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Detail Supply Depot takes great care in packaging orders; however, damage during shipping can occur.

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 419-215-3395 or info@detailsupplydepot.com

Detail Supply Depot will work with the carrier to resolve shipping issues, including lost or damaged items.
7. Changes to Shipping Information
